[ ] 16. The “estore” themes dose not the same of website design.
[ ] 17. The “ask the expert” themes dose not the same of website design.
[x] 18. Issue tracker need log time. Which mean to show date&time stamp beside each activity happens or posts in the issue tracker.
[x] 19. The page “certigatepro.com/courses” need a bottom or link redirects to the page “certigatepro.com/courses/exam/requests”

@ymohii Re: issue 18 , we need also to add the log time to the comments in the issue details page please check unnamed
