New User Activation Email is not active

@ahmedelbougha Now, We need new users to be registered. There is no confirmation email sent nor activation procedure by the admin to activate the user! This is urgent issue.

@HeshamHassan The emails are being sent successfully, but to our testing environment. So, please send us the configuration of your email server to use it to send emails. [please don't send them here, send it to me by email]
