Links to "Be Cordial or Be on Your Way" don't work #364

Hey there, while browsing through the repository I've noticed that the hyperlinks to Kenneth Reitz' essay in CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md and CONTRIBUTING.md are dead. Seems like the article has been moved to https://kennethreitz.org/essays/2013/01/27/be-cordial-or-be-on-your-way. Also I think it's a great idea to use it as Code of Conduct!

EDIT: Found another outdated link. The domain that used to host the Camelot Project PDF in the docs apparently has been resold and is now full of shady ads. Maybe use a Wayback Machine snapshot instead?
