Add an /update_database URL that will update the database on the server #93

@snlongmore - this addresses the issue we had today. It cannot be done automatically, BUT we can allow the user to update when needed. All you do is go to the url: http://server/update_database and it will update. I also added a link on the plot page.

Comments? I'll merge tomorrow morning if there are none
