Gem Twitch #4

Found a new Gem which helps with Twitch API, I believe it's utilizing it in Ruby and if I could get some basic help with introducing it to my project. I will be able to take it and run with it.

The key complication with authenticating on Twitch via ruby, at first look, appears to be the need to have twitch redirect to our server. If we had an external host, this would be fine, so perhaps we can revisit this after going through our Heroku deployment session today.
