Revert to checking in MODULE.bazel.lock #15

To test on more platforms (#14), I had to remove the MODULE.bazel.lock due to a bug in rules_rust. Once https://github.com/bazelbuild/rules_rust/issues/2452 is fixed this can be checked in again.
