Add Unit Tests

Overview

To compliment the CI pipeline work, and to reduce the amount of overall defects, unit tests should be created to cover the current business logic across the backend codebase.

Objectives

• Add tests for the api service layer
• Add tests for the routing layer
• Add tests for the course_generator job
• Add tests for the ai package
• Add tests for the playground controller
• Add tests for the playground orchestrator
