xelatex example updates #39

Some of the issues with combining pgfSweave and XeLaTeX can be resolved by invoking xelatex with the -8bit option, and including Sweave.sty with the noae option.

I've updated the xelatex example to reflect these solutions, and included it in the Makefile. Builds fine in MacTeX 2011, but the fonts used will probably be missing on Windows. Feel free to edit.

Hey! sorry I havent gotten to this earlier, great work! Will go nicely in the next version of pgfSweave, which I want to get out in the next few weeks.
