Browse requests when running pgfSweave from R #41

I've been running pgfSweave from an active R session (as recommended in the newest update. http://code.cjb.net/pgfSweave.html#keepsource). This leads to pgfSweave requesting browse confirmation for every image. Is this a bug (or is there an option to turn this behaviour off)?

I am also troubled by this, but only on some installations of R. It's very annoying, and I have unsuccessfully tried to locate the source of the problem. The problem is not there with

pgfSweave Version 1.2.1 - 2011-04-03 R version 2.15.1 (2012-06-22) -- "Roasted Marshmallows" Platform: i486-pc-linux-gnu (32-bit) filehash: Simple key-value database (2.2 2011-07-21) A Set of Tools for Administering SHared Repositories (0.3-4 2011-07-15) tikzDevice: A Device for R Graphics Output in PGF/TikZ Format (v0.6.1) pgfSweave: Using PGF Version 2.10

The installation where I see the problem has pgfSweave version 1.3:

Version 1.3.0 - 2012-02-26

Could it be related to "[FIX] Fix a bunch of small bugs from newer versions of R"?

I will try to downgrade to version 1.2.1 and see if that solves the matter.

Downgrading pgfSweave to 1.2.1 solves the problem :-) You can download that version from here: http://cran.at.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/pgfSweave/
