Clarify engine toggle #103

The "Engine" checkbox is not intuitively recognized as required to be checked for the scientists to go to work. A clearer label for the checkbox will improve the user experience for new users.

+1 to this PR. As noted in the referenced issue #91, I was confused as well. The engine is not even mentioned in the Read Me at all.

Nice, I agree, "engine" is a bit ambiguous.
