Resource Control Not intuitive #232

I've set a resource control for Fur to a certain stock level, but the consumption rate doesn't seem to make any intuitive sense.

I'd like for KS to stop spamming my log crafting parchment, so my intention is to set a stock level of 1 million furs, then craft all into parchment at once.

My assumption would be that setting stock to 1M, and consumption to 1.0 would do this, but it continues to craft furs one at a time.

Any guidance on this?

Added explanations of crafting features and more to the read-me, also added log filters to prevent log spam.
