Shattering time crystals has increased cost under repeated 1000 years challenge #307

1.4.8.2 brought repeatable challenges to mainline. On my second 1ky run shattering a time crystal costs 1.5 TC and 0.4 void and on my third it's 2 TC + .8 void. I believe diminishing returns kick in at some point, but I'm not positive.
