some bug fixed #319

new functions:

add missions subTrigger
add ignore some upgrades

bug fixed:

when catpower's' tickval very large(or time skip got catpower), hunt function and trade function enabled together,but only hunt function worked. So delay hunt function.
religon display bug
fix transcend tier will reach 358
add Tempus Fugit condition
auto hunt disabled when during the Pacifism challenge
fix getPotentialCatnip
delete explore function
