[Feature Request] Update Bot's Discord Activity to display print % complete #192

During a print I think it would be pretty useful to update the Bot's activity to display the print progress percentage. Example: "Print at 50%". Configuration options on the OctoPrint side could include the update interval and a default activity message so that the end user could display something like "Listening to /commands" when not printing etc. Let me know if you have any questions. Love the plugin.

I missed the presence option. Not sure if its currently working though
