List of system commands does not display custom prefix #193

Describe the bug When a custom prefix is enabled it flows through to every other message/description that I've noticed except for the system commands list. The description has a "/" hardcoded

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Set a custom prefix. For example mine is $
Use the $listsystemcommands command
Description above commands displays /
