Refinery Orientation #51

The oil refinery is unable to rotate to a North in to South out orientation.

This isn't just a problem with the refinery - every object that has input arrows is mirrored instead flipped when rotated 180 degrees. I think that the blueprint will still export properly, but I'm unable to test it at this time.

A longer term and cleaner solution to this and #50 would be to have an input/output overlay that is rotated and placed over the actual place-able image, which would be mirrored if necessary.
