Fix undefined variable $is_admin #36

The variable is usdefined on line 96 resulting in a PHP notice. Thanks for the report @cmcandrew

Deactivating the plugin, somehow doesn't get rid of the error from displaying ...

@cmcandrew that is because this file is included with sunrise.php - so it will persist without the plugin if you do not delete that dropin file.
