With the release of silverstripe/silverstripe-mfa, shall we deprecate this module?

We're using this module on existing projects, in front-end as well. So I'd be very happy if we could keep this module alive. On a first glance, the silverstripe-mfa module seems (overly) complex to my taste, I estimate it to be about five times as much code & classes as this module, and also quite much locked into the whole react hype (updating projects from 3 to 4 to my taste already involves too much porting of old versions of JS or re-creating functionality in plain JS in order to use basic form fields outside the admin area).
