Fix Hackage CI run #265

These runs (example) have been failing for a while now. They were useful for generating artifacts to upload straight to Hackage. Useful for maintainers, but have always been a ruddy pain to maintain with weird failures and terrible cache behaviour.

If a Nix build is as easy to add as on my other projects (example), I could add it and build the artifacts there.
