Summary

initialize connection inside test file (#104)
tests for items listed as todo in database unit test file
- .aggregate()
- .delete()
- .find()
- .update()
- .distinct()

Motivation

Fix database connection in database unit tests, Fixes #104
Add Missing Database Unit Tests, FIxes #105

Testing

all the tests are passing.
