chore(setup): add setup script to initialize project #93

Summary

generates keys by calling keys/make_key.sh if not exists
install node modules if not exists
generates a routes.json file from routes.json.example if not exists
generates .env file from .env.example if not exists
downloads latest seeding script from distro repo and runs against user database
allows custom database name and host during run

Motivation

Fixes #92

Testing

tested manually on local system
Kernel: 5.3.0-64-generic
Shell: zsh 5.7.1

This will probably help people use the repo on its own more efficiently. Thanks for going through this! I have one optional suggestion, just let me know what you think.

I believe this would be great as it would eliminate a step from the process. Also, thanks for telling me about this, I didn't know this was even possible.
