Describe the bug
The header lacks a 'skip to content' link, so users have to tab through the navigation each time they land on a page before they can access the main content.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
On the home, slides, and info pages, press tab on your keyboard once you land on each of the page.
You'd notice that each time, you will need to tab though all the links in the nav bar before you can access the main content of the page. There's no "skip to content" link.
Expected behavior
Users should be able to quickly skip past the navigation links in the header by using a 'skip to content' link, allowing them to directly access the main content of the page without needing to navigate through the entire header.
