Please reconsider the number of figures/tables that appear in the main paper. I suggest combining Figs 1 and 2, also noting that they need better captions (what are the dashed lines in Fig 1, and what does streamflow mean in Fig. 2 caption?) It might be helpful to list some of the key assumptions/parameters in this combined Fig. 1+2. Also consider moving Fig 3 into the Supplement, and combining Figs 6 and 7. Another candidate for removal is Table 2 (see #47).

Figures 6 and 7, can be replaced by the LCOW figures created in issue camiloramirezgo/Reusing-wastewater-in-agriculture-a-Nexus-assessment-in-the-NWSAS#7 and moved to the supplementary material.

Figure 3 I am not so sure to move it to the supplement, as it could be useful to relate to the clusters as I mention them in the results and are also present in the LCOW figures. An option would be to move all detailed cluster analysis to the supplement and in the main manuscript only mention the mean, min and max values (#41)

For the mean, median, min and max values, I can create a table showing those values for each technology (LCOW), water demand, area, energy demand and groundwater stress.
