feature request: link to human protein atlas to verify expression #107

feature request from the Jackson Lab:

include a link for antibodies in the explorer table to the tisue expression of the gene in the Human Protein Atlas, with a page similar to this:

https://www.proteinatlas.org/ENSG00000146648-EGFR/tissue

which can verify the reliability of the immunohistochemistry staining under the section IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY DATA RELIABILITY

I like it. If it's just an link-out then I can't see there being any licensing issues. If we wanted to embed then possibly. They've also added a single cell tab which would be useful

thanks, the link out has been written. I am figuring out wording for the link out since the intention is to be able to verify if the protein expression matches what's seen in the RNA-seq. I was thinking Check RNA-Protein correlation, but could also be something general like View in Human Protein Atlas.

I'd go for View in Human Protein Atlas so they know exactly what they're clicking on
