[x] separate overall score and cell type score into different plots (different metrics)
[ ] Ability to manually set cell type
[ ] cluster the correlation heatmap with a dendrogam
[x] Minimum cell category cutoff might need renamed to something more in line with its function
[x] verify default UMAP parameters
[ ] stashing config in anndata / sce for re-upload (i.e. download both the data and the config)
