Summary of proposed changes:
Add the associated cell type to each of the markers in the suggested alternative markers tab. Resolves #42
Re-write tests with better markers to make tests pass with any
config.yml
configuration (i.e. with or without subsetting to Abcam products)
Change the preview of Tabula Sapiens datasets to indicate cell type distribution and number of cells per compartment
