Summary of proposed changes:

• Add the ability for users to reupload the yml file from a previous analysis to resume analysis. The sce must be uploaded first and the dimensions of the sce must match the yaml file
• cytosel will save the metrics from the immediate previous run (if exists) for comparison to the current run
• Allow the user to reset the marker panel with a button. This will erase the current markers in the environment and rank list, and allow for new analysis to commence
• Unit testing for all features listed above

This works without any issues for me!

A few thoughts:

• I think we need a few more instructions when it comes to uploading a previous run: e.g. I'm not sure it is currently obvious that the user has to hit run analysis again

• First time I tried this I kept the same sce object and just uploaded the yaml file. Even though the data is the same the metrics changed. I assume this is because of random sampling/no seed is set during subsampling than a bug?

  

• Also regarding the metrics page: is the purpose of the table on the right hand side to display the number of cell types? If so I think a labelled barplot might be better

• I know I suggested to check whether the same dataset was uploaded but now I'm wondering if this is a good idea. The main reason being that someone might want to check how their panel performs on a different cohort.
