Summary of proposed changes:

Modify tooltip hover boxes for a fixed aspect ratio
Add support for glioblastoma curated set
Report rendering: pass direct params to markdown instead of writing to intermediate .rds objects
Edits to markdown report: reactable antibody table, tab set for metrics and UMAP
Adjust unit tests accordingly to accommodate report changes
