Fixes lots of bugs that showed up in AJE during the SolverEngines switchover including:
Cooler efficiency never being set to non-0.
Cooler min never being set to non-0.
Boost pressure errors leading to absurdly high critical altitudes for all supercharger stages.
"Magnetos off" engines-perma-off bug #32
Not applying Meredith effect or exhaust thrust and having them set to 0 in the right-click readout. #35
Also includes a quick config for a DB-605 A intended for a Bf 109G.
