Death duplication #3

It seems that all deaths are being reported twice. Here is from the _logsubprocess.py output

I am also using this mod but that's it: https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/144

It's got player join/disconnect messaging that we use. If this had that, I'd stop using that one.

By the weekend there will be an implementation for joins and leaves, also playtime and better formatting for random events :)
