We'd like an extra option in the 'created' ticket list widget.
At this moment the list fetches newly made tickets in Autotask. As soon as we change the name of the ticket, the dashboard doesn't fetch the new name of the ticket. Is it possible to create an option so that as soon as a ticket in the 'created' list has his name changed in Autotask the name in the 'created' list also changes?
Besides the above request/question we have another request/question about the 'created' ticket list.
Would it be possible that the tickets who get marked completed to be removed from the 'created' ticket list?
