@jdennes are you still the only person with access to the pypi package?

Looks like it. I mentioned that someone from Campaign Monitor should probably be added as an owner of the package in https://github.com/campaignmonitor/createsend-python/issues/30#issuecomment-252610316. Let me know the PyPI user and I'll add them as an owner.

The 4.2.1 release is published to PyPI now.
