Campaign Monitor not sending Transaction Mail #7

I just download and install extension and came to know that campaignmonitor extension ignores the setting of magento admin for transactional mail. go to admin admin->system->configuration->Sales->transactional email If admin set that send a copy of order confirmation mail to sender email id too. But your extension do not consider that setting.

I am having this same issue- We've setup everything correctly according to CM's instructions but no emails are being generated either in Magento or on Campaign Monitor's side. Do we need to be setup to manage our own authentication rather than having CM 'Authenticate all emails for me'? Thanks!

@dmandave Can you please make sure that your setting will be according to following details:

CM extension Active in Magento
go to CM Extension setting: open General Tab
- Add your PIN / Code (This API code will be in CM's edm settings, )
Now Transactional Tab in CM's extension settings in Magento
- Make sure you will enable Transactional Mail option
Now navigate to your CM's edm, enable Email sending settings from there too.
Make sure your Magento's emails settings must be enabled. Magento / Setting/ Configuration/Advance/setting/ Mail settings I don't know what you are actually looking for, but if you can provide me more details I will be able to answer in much specific way.

@sohaibwoof I have downloaded, installed, connected and tested the API key, enabled Transactional Emails, tried setting up a transactional email in the CM admin and processed a test order but I haven't received any transactional email from CM, instead I have received the standard one from Magento using sendmail.php on the Magento server. I can attach Campaign Monitor Magento Extension logs if required.
