Issue #19: Set up CI #74

This fixes part 1 of issue #19 When a PR is pushed to the Shell repo

Added .travis.yml file
Updated package.json file with npm scripts to run linting and compilation
Registered Shell repo on Travis website (https://travis-ci.org/campaignmonitor/shell)
Amended Shell repo Github settings to protect and perform checks for PRs to master branch

Ironically this PR is failing because it doesn't pass some of the Stylelint rules. But at least it proves it's working.
