Problem downloading first folder (and its sub folders) #4

Hi, I've migrated from Liferay CE 6.1.0 to 6.1 GA3 and I installed your cool plugin "Documents and Media Downloader" from market place. It's working on many folders but I have one problem with the first folder of my document library: the zip file is empty. When I try to download a sub folder of this "first" folder: still an empty zip file. I can give you more details if you want.

Thanks and great work !

Hello Julien,

Thank you for alerting us to this issue.

We have not yet ported the Downloader hook to LP 6.1 CE GA3.

To assist with reproducing and reviewing this issue, can you please attach sample files and folders which trigger the issue, the web server log contains any errors and portal extension properties, if applicable.

Regards,

Tim

Hello Julien,

I have been unable to reproduce this issue using Liferay Portal 6.1.2 CE GA2.

I used a clean instance with HSQL and deployed the DM Downloader App 1.0.3 from the Liferay Marketplace.

Can you please provide me details of your operating environment, including portal properties, the steps you took to reproduce the problem and the Apache Tomcat and/or Liferay Portal log file contents when the error occurred?

Also, do you have any permissions applied to the folder which is returning an empty ZIP files ?

I will leave this ticket open for a few more days, awaiting some additional details.

Thank you

Tim

Hi Tim,

I made other tests and I think my Liferay instance has something weird for this folder: it work great on the other folders. I'm going to close it, sorry for the inconvenience.
