v1.0.0.0 does not support Structures that have non-numeric structure IDs #3

Portlet needs to indicate that structures with non-numeric structure IDs (such as those preloaded in 6.1 GA3 CE) are not supported and will default to the workflow registered for "Basic Web Content".
