[Mobile] prompt connexion panel when secured layers are listed in a permalink

Describe the solution you'd like

Clicking on a secured permalink on mobile would also prompt the login panel

(actually the message is shown but the user has to click on tool + connexion to see it and that he is not connected) Same behaviour as desktop

The panel should be opened automatically on mobile too.
