Describe the solution you'd like

We would like to add a symbol library to drawing tools like as in the the federal geoportal (https://s.geo.admin.ch/9102753c66) and have a selecting list for the type of library (signage, mobility, etc.)

If we migrate the drawing component, this could be a great improvement. @gnerred @rbovard @maltaesousa @pfanguin What do you think?
