Problem with datas excel #29

Hi Problem with an Excel files. In two last columns same value at string. The recognized type is not the same (REAL at start) and if I change it to STRING in the "parcelle cadastre" column, nothing changes. This column is found by calculation and the one on the right entered manually for testing.

File is an axcel ffile of XLS 2016 with macros.
