I completed japanese integration here : https://github.com/camptocamp/QGIS-SpreadSheetLayers/pull/33

Here is a zip file of the plugin, can you test it and check everything works as expected with japanese language selected.

I made some tests myself, and everything seems fine. I merged #33 and will make a release. Thanks @yamamoto-ryuzo for your contribution.
