print: caneva size not auto-adapted to the window size #1570

in the EPFL Geoportail project, the print caneva doesnt auto-adapt its size anymore. the caneva size (depending of the selecte print scale) is either undefined or set to the largest possible scale. it become visible only after selecting a smaller scale

it seems linked to the initialization of the caneva on first display, because the print form is in an accordion menu

I have no problem with my Chrome 44. With Safari and Firefox, first time I open the print panel, the footprint is not shown but then shows up when zooming the map. Then if I reload the app in both browser I see no problem (perhaps with Chrome I had zoomed before opening the print panel?).
