Add "Copy to" functionality to Editing plugin #1002

Display "Copy to" extra actions in FeatureEditorGrid depending on "copy_to" key/value pair in the layer metadata. Note that this adds a metadata key/value pair in the layer tree node attributes.

Why not merging this PR into branch 1.6?

@asaunier, actually we put the advance layer editing in the branch 1.7, the final state will not be decided ...

@arnaud-morvan except small jshint error (Travis) that looks good :-)
