If a disclaimer is added in a WMTS layer in GMF 1.6.8 the disclaimer is not shown when adding the layer in the application.
When debugging the record parameter always containes an empty disclaimer in Disclaimer.js is always empty for WMTS layers. This is not the case for other layers such as internal WMS.
