Update OpenLayers #1109

I need to update openlayers in order to get https://github.com/openlayers/ol2/pull/1516

I saw that CGXP is using a fork: https://github.com/camptocamp/openlayers/tree/cgxp-1.6

Can I update that branch with ol2/master or should I do some kind of a cherry-pick of the commits of that PR... ?

This PR resolves a pan problem when using the 1.6 mobile app on Chrome. It was repoted by @rbovard and @gnerred
