Spec selector can now be opened/closed to edit the spec in any example Also operate a basic JSON validity check to not allow starting a print based on an malformed JSON spec
Rework example texts and try to make example sources simpler This is especially the case for the PDF example: I've removed the flexible spec system to make it much simpler, hope that's fine for you @LHBruneton-C2C !
Replaced most predefined specs with "interesting" maps (as much as possible...)

Note that I added a spec for a map of the north pole with an arctic projection, but apparently the reprojection fails in this case...

The tiled layer reprojection is fixed :) there was an issue with reprojected tiles using a fade in transition, I'll see whether this can be fixed in OL.
