This PR adds the related records section in the given design.

Additionally the following things were improved/ changed:

dividing line on the left side of the information block should always cover the entire section
last created card: if there is no date/ keyword --> keep the position of the elements
change and add the copy icon on the button in downloads section
dataset page: align all titles to the left (mostly visible on mobile)

To Do:

[x] write e2e tests for related records section
[x] waiting for https://github.com/geonetwork/geonetwork-ui/pull/838 in order to see keywords and creation date on related record cards
