Description

This PR upgrades gn-ui to

handle OGC API form's formats to be generated dynamically
display OGC API entries in preview and download sections

I've updated the PR to handle both points now included in the description above. There are no added e2e tests yet, as the used URLs in the dump are not stable yet.

I've noticed that loading the formats for the dropdown list can take quite some time sometimes, giving the impression no more formats are offered. Let's keep an eye on this.

Could you test this PR again on your side @cmoinier ?
