Update gn-ui to version 2.3.0 #84

This PR updates gn-ui to release 2.3.0 and applies the necessary changes to not propose the map tab for non-geospatial datasets from the OGC API.

This should also make the share and embed widgets use the stable 2.3.0 release of the web components instead of the main branch distribution.
