We no longer use this module.

@voxpupuli @bastelfreak are you interested in adopting it?

I'm not sure if it's worth to keep maintaining. persomally I'm not interested in it and I think we templates, the other augeas modules and file_line we'e enough options to mannipulate a file

I could also move it to @hercules-team maybe. @lutter do you have an opinion on this?
