Let's rework the summary stats to emphasize the category and the number, each on one line to help fill up the content well.

[x] decrease font size in sentences
[x] add emphasis to crime category
[x] put sentences more on 1 line
[x] don't have it calculate increases, just have it say the highest number of crime type per year
